from erzbierschof.ch - pitch black coloured and with a robust and creamy dark beige foam left; nice lacework; a fair presence of bretts in the nose, sourish vinegar, roasted cold coffee and fresh fruity notes; very carbonated and medium to full-bodied, very tart sourness, very acidic and fizzy finish with light notes of chocolate and dark fruits - definitely not easy to drink; I'm not really convinced by this bretts-stout combination
